gypsy was (re-?)introduced into Debian in 2025, but its upstream appears
to be https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/archived-projects/gypsy which
hasn't had any commits since 2012 and doesn't accept bug reports or
merge requests. The Homepage gypsy.freedesktop.org no longer exists,
although https://wiki.freedesktop.org/gypsy/ still does.

Has a new upstream maintainer taken responsibility for it? If so, please
update the Homepage, debian/copyright etc. to reflect that.
