If you remove the cvs-line and the Copyright year (the latter better by
asking Sam if he agrees), I would not have been asked what to do with
this file. I know this is something like the German i-Tüpfel but many
of them make a better impression of the package and probably of the whole
distribution too.

BTW: Would you appreciate if I close / tag with woody bugs that are already
fixed in 0.42.2 (eg. the obvious one: disable autopurge)?

I am closing this bug as, on further inspection, the copyright year in the
header of the file only changes when there are other changes in the file,
meaning that the user would be prompted to review the conffile (if it has been
modified) on update anyway in all these cases.
