afaict, the `Steinberg::Vst::WaveformViewManager::createNanoVGViewAndContext()`
symbol required by dataexchange.vst3 is only defined for DirectX and
Metal; so it probably should just be omitted from the package.
it's a bit disturbing thought, that utf16name.vst3 apparantly segfaults.
theis all happened when running the autopktests of 'pd-vstplugin', so
the environment should be pretty clean.
