Hi,

your package fails to build, because librust-gtk4-0.11+default-dev is not 
installable.

Changing the dependency in debian/control to
librust-gtk4+default-dev

allows it to build, but it still fails autopkgtests
somewhere with 

error: You can't enable both async-io & tokio features at once
  --> src/lib.rs:10:1
