Since building reproducibly is now a requirement I started looking for a
solution for the long-known issue with a lot of Emacs-based packages (and
some others as well) that include HTML documentation generated out of an
Org mode document. These have random id's that are different for every run
of the generation, leading to a reproducibility issue. This package
modifies the Org HTML exporter so that it generates stable IDs, offering a
possible solution to the problem (that doesn't involve stripping out the
HTML version of the documentation).
I intend to maintain this under the Debian Emacsen team.
