Hi Josue,
It seems the only remaining user of this library is libsx0
which itself has no user left.
>From the ITP of libsx #546183 I can read it was once
needed by "grads", which is no longer the case.
Moreover, yet _another_ copy of this code
still lives on in srx:xpaint and is built
as libxaw3dxft6t64.
For all of these reasons I think both libxaw3dxft
& libsx0 should be removed.
Let's first remove those from testing.

xpaint is now upstream for libxaw3dxft, and newer versions no longer
bundle.
The proper action would be a QA upload to update xpaint (#601640),
which shouldn't then be blocked by first having to re-ITP libxaw3dxft.
