I uploaded seedfiles to unstable, which is a reimplementation of
systemd-tmpfiles and Provides: / Conflicts it. The package also ships
two tmpfiles.d configs:
Installing /build/reproducible-path/seedfiles-1.6/tmpfiles.d/var.conf to
/build/reproducible-path/seedfiles-1.6/debian/seedfiles/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d
Installing /build/reproducible-path/seedfiles-1.6/tmpfiles.d/x11.conf to
/build/reproducible-path/seedfiles-1.6/debian/seedfiles/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d
dh_installtmpfiles then acts later in the build process, and makes the
package unreproducible on amd64 and i386:

There was a change to this in 13.32. The diffoscope log mentions 13.31
was used for the build with the diff.
Can you please recheck with 13.32 and see if that fixes the problem?

indeed, this was caused by unlucky timing. This was fixed with an NMU,
and seedfiles is now reproducible. Sorry for the noise.
