Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
rsnapshot could not be built reproducibly:

https://reproduce.debian.net/all/forky.html#rsnapshot

This is due to the mount package no longer being installed by default in
the build chroot and not being recorded in the buildinfo file either.
I have tested locally that the package reproduces with a no change
rebuild. As the package is arch:all we can't simply binNMU it. Please
do at least a no change upload to make the package reproducible.

Optionally you could also add the mount package as a build dependency to
retain the old config values.

Cheers Jochen
