Using debian-reference as guide, For section 1.2.9 Sockets, under the tip,
netstat is not install in debian 13.4
I use ss command "ss -t -u -a" for tcp, udp and currently active.
I check from the web pdf version 2.139 for debian testing as reportbug had
suggested.
