Computational geometry and spatial indexing on the sphere
S2 Geometry Library is a library for spherical geometry (shapes drawn
on a sphere rather than on a planar 2D map), suitable for working with
geographic data.
This is needed for PureMaps, the goal is to have fully offline mapping
and turn-by-turn navigation on Debian mobile. This will be maintained in
the PureMaps namespace under the DebianOnMobile team. Looking for
Co-maintainer/tester.

The package is available in unstable: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/s2geometry
ITPs are for packages not in Debian. Closing.

While it's good that it's at least not technically a hijack, as the
current package is maintained by DebianOnMobile Team, ...
https://salsa.debian.org/DebianOnMobile-team/puremaps/s2geometry
... you are not supposed to redo packaging from scratch and drop existing
changelogs for packages already in Debian.
You are also supposed to file an ITP before starting to work on the
packaging, to avoid this duplicated work.
