Dear Maintainer,
The license in the copyright file doesn't appear to match
upstream. The upstream license [1,2] also appears to impose
restrictions in violation of the DFSG. The new license, for
instance, restricts for what purpose the database can be used.
I also found various sources that indicate that the list can no
longer be distributed at all [3,4,5,6].
I'd appreciate any clarification on the license you can provide.
