Dear Maintainer(s),

libarchive-dev ships libarchive.pc which contains:

 Libs.private: -lnettle -lacl -llzma -lzstd -llz4 -lbz2 -lz -lxml2

In order to use this, for example when building certain configurations
of src:dpdk, the respective -dev packages need to be installed too.
Unfortunately the Debian build tools, unlike rpm, do not automatically
parse pkg-config files to generate the required dependencies.

Many -dev packages list these manually as a workaround. I have opened a
MR on Salsa to do the same on libarchive-dev:

The fix for this bug was included in version 3.7.2-2.
Closing the bug manually because the changelog entry used Addresses: #1056317
instead of Closes: #1056317, so the Debian BTS did not close it automatically.
Version: 3.7.2-2
Thanks.
