Severity: wishlist

Please consider packaging more than one version of the neon library. Several
large packages depend on it, which, especially considering neon's unstable
API, makes their testing transitions unneccessarily slow and painful.
Openoffice.org, for an example, had to resort to dirty tricks such as
temporarily building with a private copy of neon.
