[ Reason ]
Fix FTBFS Bug #1082973.
Package fails to build on 4th generation EPYC processors from AMD.

[ Impact ]
People trying to build the package on such machines will find that
the package unexpectedly will not build from source.

[ Tests ]
I've tested that the package builds again on such machines.

[ Risks ]
Low. The patch comes from upstream and it's the same patch which was applied
for trixie
at the time.

[ Checklist ]
[X] *all* changes are documented in the d/changelog
[X] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[X] attach debdiff against the package in (old)stable
[X] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

[ Changes ]
Backport fix from upstream to fix tests on AMD CPUs with AVX512

[ Other info ]
I've already uploaded the package.
