The version number is not know by the setuptools framework
during the build and the .deb files ends up containing
these weird 0.0.0 files. This has other impacts:
same weird output with 'pip list';
importlib.metadata.version() fails.
Please add a build-dependency on python3-setuptools-scm
to fix this.
