budgie-control-center fails to build with gnome-desktop 51 alpha. That
version is available in Ubuntu 26.10 and it was recently uploaded to
the NEW queue for experimental. Until it is accepted into Debian, you
can build it from the Salsa repository.

Ubuntu has applied a patch to fix this issue.
