Dear Maintainer,

When trying to work on the neovim version present in trixie, I believe I
found a mismatch between what is attached to the debian/0.10.4-8 tag in
salsa and the output of `apt source neovim` running on trixie.

As I have no rights to push a new debian/trixie branch directly to the
repo, this branch currently lives in my fork [1].

It contains a commit [2] that reimports the content from the apt-source
download so that the tip of the branch corresponds to what is available
in trixie.

Please add this branch to the repo so developers can git clone what is
currently in trixie and eventually propose stable updates as
pull-requests against this branch (eg. CVE-2026-11487 [3]).

Thanks in advance,

Agathe.

The git tree is patches-applied, while you seem to be expecting
patches-unapplied.

Cheers,
