* d/rules: drop the "ifeq ($wildcard ...)" guards. They expanded to
"ifeq (ildcard ...,)", so the whole body of override_dh_install was
skipped, dh_install included: libopenmpi-dev shipped no headers and its
postinst failed on the mpi alternative. (Closes: #1143823)
Same typo in override_dh_installdocs, replaced by an -arch/-indep split.
* d/rules: take the Fortran libs and .mod files from $(BUILDDIR_GFORTRAN),
the build is no longer done in the source tree.
* d/rules: pass -p to dh_installman for mpijavac.1.
* Ship the compiler wrapper man pages and ompi-wrapper-compiler.1 in
openmpi-bin again, and add the mpiexec.openmpi.1 link, fixing the
update-alternatives errors about mpifort.1.gz & co.
