GNOME no longer uses libgnomekbd, and its git repository has been moved
to https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/libgnomekbd and archived. This means
that it no longer accepts issue reports or merge requests, even if a
serious problem is found.

The remaining projects that depend on libgnomekbd appear to be
gnome-screensaver (which has, itself, been archived upstream: #895477)
and several Cinnamon packages.

Perhaps the Cinnamon team would be interested in forking libgnomekbd and
becoming its new upstream maintainers? If not, then we should eventually
remove it from Debian.

(X-Debbugs-Cc to budgie-desktop because some budgie-desktop packages
seem to depend on gnome-screensaver, and therefore indirectly depend on
libgnomekbd.)
