I am preparing a Hickory transition from 0.25 → 0.26. trippy only B-Ds on 
unversioned librust-hickory-resolver-dev, but Cargo.toml pins hickory-resolver 
= "0.25". It also needs changes for 0.26.

I have attached a debdiff fixing this.
