Hi,

I'd like to update perl from 5.42.2 to 5.42.3 in unstable and testing.

There is no ABI change, but this will need five packages to be rebuilt,
because they have strict dependencies on the upstream version for various
reasons (see https://wiki.debian.org/PerlMaintenance#Point_releases_only .)

  nmu libpar-packer-perl libdevel-cover-perl libclass-xsaccessor-perl
libcommon-sense-perl libdevel-mat-dumper-perl . ANY . -m "Rebuild against Perl
5.42.3." --extra-depends
 'perl-base (>= 5.42.3)'

Please let me know when it's OK to upload. (And feel free to tell me
to Just Do It and file binNMU requests afterwards next time if that's
what you prefer.)

Thanks for your work,

Niko

Go ahead.

Thanks, 5.42.3-1 uploaded (though not accepted quite yet.)

It's built & installed everywhere except m68k now.

Please schedule the binNMUs, specifically libclass-xsaccessor-perl to make
lintian installable again.

binNMus scheduled.

And it migrated. Closing.

Cheers,
Emilio
