I hereby withdraw my RFS about my proposed `ruby-uri` package.
While intended to support an update of already admitted `ruby-mdl` (see ITP
filed as #1144561), the addition of the upstream tests revealed Ruby as
currently shipped in Debian 14/forky (3.3.8 (2025-04-09 revision b200bad6cd))
fully supports the scope of the upstream test suite. Thus there is no need
for an additional `ruby-uri` to `uri` provided by Ruby's standard library.
