This package is failing to build from source in current sid due to a
test failure with libnet-oauth-perl_0.33-1.

Cannot verify: no acceptable signature method has been stated. Pass
allowed_signature_methods => [...] to this message, or set
@Net::OAuth::ALLOWED_SIGNATURE_METHODS, naming the method or methods this party
expects. Verifying with the method the message itself names would let the
sender choose the algorithm, and so the key at t/10_net-twitter-regression.t
line 137.
  # Tests were run but no plan was declared and done_testing() was not seen.
  # Looks like your test exited with 2 just after 36.

    Non-zero exit status: 2
Parse errors: No plan found in TAP output
  t/15_subclass.t (Wstat: 0 Tests: 27 Failed: 0)

  Files=38, Tests=2946, 21 wallclock secs ( 0.26 usr  0.04 sys + 18.01 cusr
2.36 csys = 20.67 CPU)
  Result: FAIL
Failed 1/38 test programs. 0/2946 subtests failed.

This also happens with autopkgtest checks, so it is currently preventing
libnet-oauth-perl testing migration.

I assume the change in libnet-oauth-perl is intentional and
libnet-twitter-perl needs to adapt. Feel free to reassign of course if
this is not the case.
