Dear Maintainer,
setuptools nor pkg_resources are used anymore by testtools.
Some package _might_ theoricaly rely on the "Depends: python3-setuptools",
and will start to FTBFS after this one bug get fixed;
we can handle this I guess.
It's always better to have a better picture of what users python3-setuptools or
not.
