Description : Simple temporary directory with cleanup

A small crate providing a RAII temporary-directory helper, used by the
build script of rust-gettext-sys (already packaged in Debian, source
package separate from rust-gettext-rs) in the code path that builds
gettext from source.

Needed as a build-dependency of an upcoming WebKitGTK6-based rewrite of
`stremio` (wishlist bug #943703), via its use of the gettext-rs crate for
translations.
