The package does not come with source and the referenced upstream only
publishes vfb source files for older versions.
Please downgrade to an older version and build from source. This cannot
be healed by just including the older source or moving to contrib
because Debian as distributor of this GPL-2 licensed material has to be
able to provide the source.
