Version: 6.0.2-1
Hi,
nemo saves the window size when a window is closed and uses it for new
windows. Old versions also saved it when the closed window was tiled, so
after closing a window tiled to the top or bottom edge the new ones
opened at the full width of the screen. Since nemo 6.0.0 the saved size
is no longer updated when the window is tiled, so I'm closing this bug
with the first Debian version that has that change.
The position is not restored by design: nemo leaves it to the window
manager, and in Cinnamon it follows the "Location of newly opened
windows" setting (System Settings, Windows, Behavior).
Thanks,
Fabio
