Hello.
While preparing team upload versioned 0.32.0+ds-3, I noticed that the
watch file does not work (see last pipeline in Salsa CI).
I suspect that the project might need to be renamed again
(maybe golang-cel-expr-cel-go?).
This is the issue where upstream announces the rename:

Since this is outside the scope of the minor change I was doing,
and I'm not sure about the proper fix, I decided to upload
anyway and file this report.

Thanks for the report and the patch.
I took the approach from your patch and pointed the watch file directly
at the new cel-expr organisation rather than relying on the old alias:
Owner: cel-expr
I verified with uscan that it now finds the latest upstream release
correctly.
Fixed in golang-cel-cel-go 0.32.0+ds-4.
