Description : delete files found with ncdu, with a journal and an undo

ncdu-clean is a separate program. It reads an export made by ncdu
(https://dev.yorhel.nl/ncdu), which remains the disk usage viewer.
This package adds a per-file journal written before removal, a refusal
when a file changed since the scan, and a quarantine with partial
restore. ncdu can already delete a file with the d key; it does not
provide this journal or this undo.

I use it and I plan to maintain it. I am looking for a sponsor.

I think it's less controversial at this point to close everything, so I did.
