While investigating a crash of britney2 (I think it can't handle the
move of bin:golang-github-anacrolix-missinggo-v2-dev in combination with
the multiple source copies kept around because of Build-Using) I noticed
that the short descriptions of

golang-github-anacrolix-missinggo-v2-dev and
golang-github-anacrolix-missinggo-dev are equal and that's confusing.
Please make the short description unique.
