Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
python-vermin could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the generated documentation is generated from the --help
output, which itself contains nondeterministic text. Specifically, it
helpfully mentions the current number of CPU cores as an example, but
this makes the package unreproducible across build machines.

Patch attached.
