Dear Maintainer,

upstream has changed the default socket directory from /var/lib/incus/ to
/run/incus/. It looks like a fallback has been implemented that should ensure
both paths continue working, but at least for `incusd waitready` it doesn't work
on my system, causing an infinite restart loop of the incus service.

We could of course fix the fallback or work around it via `$INCUS_DIR` or
`$INCUS_SOCKET`, but I think it's cleaner and easier to align the socket path
with the one preferred by upstream, patch attached.

Cheers
Daniel

thanks

After taking a closer look, this should actually be fixed upstream.
Sent https://github.com/lxc/incus/pull/4190

Workarounds using environment variables mentioned above work. If using
defaults for everything and running into this problem, the reason is
likely a stale socket under `/run/incus/incus.socket`. Deleting it
should fix the fallback to `/var/…`.

Cheers
