Hi,
if you want, I can dig up the discussion in debian-policy where it was
decided that tools to manage databases of any kind (like a literature
database) should be in Data Management. Jabref was even named as an
example for that category. I was involved in that discussion myself,
and initiated the renaming from "Databases" to "Data management" because
in "databases" I would have expected something to manage *SQL stuff.
