Hello,

while digging into #388294 and down- and upgrading a little, I found
that whois is not yet shipping md5sums. It would be nice if it would
do. Adding a `dh_md5sums' to debian/rules should be sufficient.

There is a reason if I do not: it's an useless waste of disk space.
