--- Begin Message ---Package: gnash Version: 0.7.1-1 Severity: normal Hi, When trying to load a page with Flash from Galeon (http://allocine.fr), I got: The program 'galeon' received an X Window System error. This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)'. (Details: serial 22 error_code 8 request_code 144 minor_code 5) (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously; that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it. To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) Running from gdb with --sync and breaking on gdk_x_error, I got: 12:30:37: TRACE: void nsPluginInstance::lockGL(): for instance 0x8a025f0 12:30:37: TRACE: void nsPluginInstance::lockX(): for instance 0x8a025f0 12:30:37: SetWindow: Got new glxContext 0x89ca718 12:30:37: TRACE: void nsPluginInstance::setGL(): gxDisplay = 0x83304b8, _window = 0x5000410, _glxContext = 0x89ca718 for instance 0x8a025f0 [Switching to Thread -1506703680 (LWP 30998)] Breakpoint 1, gdk_x_error (display=0x83304b8, error=0xaff515dc) at gdkmain-x11.c:599 599 gdkmain-x11.c: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type. in gdkmain-x11.c (gdb) bt #0 gdk_x_error (display=0x83304b8, error=0xaff515dc) at gdkmain-x11.c:599 #1 0xa7d09c55 in bonobo_ui_gtk_module_info_get () from /usr/lib/libbonoboui-2.so.0 #2 0xa761077f in _XError () from /usr/lib/libX11.so.6 #3 0xa7610d9f in _XReply () from /usr/lib/libX11.so.6 #4 0xa198373a in glXGetCurrentDrawable () from /usr/lib/libGL.so.1 #5 0xa1983a53 in glXMakeCurrentReadSGI () from /usr/lib/libGL.so.1 #6 0xa1983d63 in glXMakeCurrent () from /usr/lib/libGL.so.1 #7 0xa3ca7222 in nsPluginInstance::SetWindow () from /usr/lib/gnash/libgnashplugin.so #8 0xa3caa0a7 in NPP_SetWindow () from /usr/lib/gnash/libgnashplugin.so #9 0xa69694df in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d #10 0xa6982bd2 in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d #11 0xa697612e in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d #12 0xa6a1940c in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d #13 0xa6a1aeb6 in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d #14 0xa6a13eaf in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d #15 0xa6a0da13 in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d #16 0xa6a0dd1c in NS_RegistryGetFactory () from /usr/lib/libxul.so.0d Bye, -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16-2-686 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages gnash depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 1.11.4-2 The ATK accessibility toolkit ii libaudio2 1.7-9 The Network Audio System (NAS). --- Begin Message ---Version: 0.7.1+cvs20060924.1330-1 Hi, On Mon, Sep 25, 2006, Miriam Ruiz wrote: > There's a new Gnash package in Debian SID. Can you check > it and confirm whether this bug still exists or it can be closed? It doesn't crash anymore, thanks for the ping! Closing the bug. I have a lot of visual glitches with gnash, but I couldn't get it to crash. I suppose the glitches are unimplemented functions and upstram has a full plate of work already, so there's no point in me reporting all of them. Bye, -- Loïc Minier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
