I have installed the package in order to gain slovak translation. It
dosen't work either, Firefox remains english.

Hi,
since firefox 1.5.0.7 and the machting locales are uploaded at the same
time, they also do enter testing the same time (with absent of RC bugs).
If there was an error, it was caused by a temporary problem with your
mirror. However, both packages are quite a while now in testing and you
should be able to use both of them in the matching version.
If you experience a bug with the package, please submit a bugreport for
the current version again.
