There are 2 problems with your po-debconf system:
* Your source package is not clean, it contains plenty of <ll>.po~
backup files
* You should not mark as translatable the Default: fields,
for example, "119" (port) will of course be the same in every
language. This can be fixed by removing the underscore in front of
"Default" in the debian/templates file.
