Package: nsd
Version: 2.1.3-1
Severity: normal

On two different UltraSparc, one running kernel 2.4 and one running
kernel 2.6, nsd cannot run at all:

Nov 1 22:54:26 myriam nsd[4260]: can't bind the socket: Address already in use

No other nameserver is running and lsof finds nothing listening on
port 53.

I use the same version of the Debian package on a i386 without this
problem. I assume it is some sort of 64-bits problem. But note I run
nsd (compiled from the upstream source) on an Alpha / Tru64 so I
assume that upstream is 64bits-clean.
