tfm-arphic fails to build from source on i386, when doing a binary-all build.
I am filing this bug to notify you that I failed to build your
package from source. It is a serious problem that your source does not
build from source using the information provided in your control files,
and such a package should not be distributed in a stable Debian distribution.
This build was done using pbuilder package.

This bug was fixed in an NMU, but never closed. I'm closing it with the
correct version so that its status can be properly version-tracked.
For reference:

.
* NMU, add tetex-bin to build-depends. Closes: #158327
Note that control.stem.in was updated. not just control, so this change
will persist. I suspect only control was changed in the last release.
