When you start pavuk is started with gui (pavuk -X) and scenario is saved, it
creates incorrect scenario; here is a problem part:

AllowHTTP: true
AllowSSL: true
Verify CERT: true
Verify CERT:: true
AllowFTPS: true
AllowGopher: true

Please, notice "Verify CERT" option. Such scenario cannot be reloaded.
