The package has macros in place to use the cyberbit font, which is no longer
freely available according to Monotype's web page. The gothic and mincho
fonts, however, are DFSG-compliant.

Thanks for your report.
"cjk-latex" has been replaced by "latex-cjk-*" on Debian/unstable.
latex-cjk-common doesn't contain the file c70song.fd, a file provided
upstream to be used with Bitstream's Cyberbit Unicode font.
To install the Cyberbit font anyway, read the file README.Debian.
