Package: scilab
Version: 4.0-3
Severity: important
Justification: fails to build from source

Hi. I reported earlier that it is not built for amd64 (#385376). Then I could
build scilab but now building fails on my computer with the following
error messages.
if test -e /usr/share/misc/config.sub ; then \
                for i in ./config/config.sub ; do \
                        if ! test -e $i.cdbs-orig ; then \
                                mv $i $i.cdbs-orig ; \
                                cp --remove-destination
/usr/share/misc/config.sub $i ; \
                        fi ; \
                done ; \
        fi
