About the archive rebuilt:
The rebuilt was done on about 40 AMD64 nodes of the Grid'5000 platform,
using a chroot containing an etch environment (not unstable).
Internet was not accessible from the build nodes.

I'm closing this, since:
- I was the submitter, and nobody else encountered it.
- I could not reproduce this. This is likely to be caused by a bug in
old (~2.6.12) kernels on AMD64.
