Hi,

I have gij-4.1 as java runtime installed. After setting JAVACMD manually
to /usr/bin/gij-4.1 I get this error after start:

$ JAVACMD=/usr/bin/gij-4.1 freemind
Exception in thread "main" java.awt.AWTError: Cannot load AWT toolkit:

   at java.lang.Class.forName(libgcj.so.70)
   at java.awt.Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit(libgcj.so.70)
   ...6 more

Don't know if this is an error in gij-4.1, or another bug. To be sure
I did not miss anything, I filed this bug against freemind. Feel free
to ask me for more info/debug runs if needed.

Using the sun-java5-jre works though:
$ JAVACMD=/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.08/jre/bin/java freemind

  Bastian

Hi,

FreeMind does only work with Sun/Blackdown java. Next version 0.9.0 will spit a warning...

Cheers, Eric
