When the view options are set to dual-page (side-by-side), continuous,
and best fit zoom, the spacebar, page-up, and page-down keys have no
effect on every other keypress. This is confusing, especially since it is
inconsistent with how evince behaves in continuous display mode. It would
be better if these keys always caused the displayed page to change.
