of the ru_RU.UTF-8, ru_RU.KOI8-R and ru_RU.CP1251 locales. I can read
Russian version via "man -Lru.KOI8-R vim" and "man -Lru.UTF-8 vim" under
any of this locales.
Russian man pages should be in /usr/share/man/ru/ (and KOI8-R encoded).
