2.6.12-1 is perfectly fine. There was anyway no time left for unblocks for making it into trixie. So next would be make trixie-pu and bookworm-pu uploads later. Trixie release is still ongoing so your 2.9.12-1 will only be accepted an appear once things are enabled again. Regards, Salvatore
