Package: bins Version: 1.1.27-1 Severity: important Could not use bins at all, stops right-away on failing to find utf8_heavy.pl. I am not a perl expert, but after a few googling attempts I noticed that utf8_heavy.pl is something new (introduced in December last year) in perl world and is missing on Debian. I guess that's because of UTF8 environment, but that's stupid to go down, since iso8859-1 is a subset of UTF8 and I was not trying to feed anything UTF8 specific.
