This bug is reproducible - zapping 0.8.0-1 doesn't start on my system:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ zapping
zapping: relocation error: zapping: undefined symbol: vbi_proxy_client_create
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$

I got working zapping only after upgrading libzvbi0 to version 0.2.9-2

Problem is, that zapping 0.8.0-1 depends on libzvbi0 (>= 0.2.2) [i386,
s390, sparc] but should depend on higher version of libzvbi0, because it
doesn't work even with libzvbi0 0.2.5-1

Please remove unreproducible tag and increase severity.
