I tried creating a index.html.old and acceded to the directory containing this file via HTTP with Apache 1, but it did not pick the index. I entered its full URL, and that showed a dialog: Save this file? index.html.old backup file <url> I guess this bug doesn't show up since the new MIME type / handlers system.
